Although my stay was short I found this place absolutely beautiful. It was so peaceful and has an amazing view of the desert night skies. It was very clean and just so cute. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Linda was very quick to respond and accept reservations almost immediately in such a short notice.

Me and my fiance wanted to spend our anniversary/valentines and couldn’t find a better spot than this cabin. Beautiful mountain views and peaceful moments. Cabin was in great shape and would recommend anyone to stay there. Thank you Patrick!!

We came out for funeral which was very unexpected. Linda was an amazing host!! She was very responsive when we needed to extend our stay due to the storm. The house is super cute. And the beds were so comfortable!!!! The place had a bunch of seasonings for all your cooking needs. Well stocked with all you would need to cook. Well stocked bathroom as well. Plenty of toilet paper and plenty of towels as well! Overall the house has an amazing vibe and we had an amazing time! Thank you so much for making this trip as enjoyable as it could be.

I have to start by saying Patrick is a great host. Every question, every message, answered quickly.
Now for the house. This place sits directly on the beach. Not a short walk, not "beach adjacent." There's something about waking up to the rhythm of the waves, that salty breeze rolling through, the way the light fills every room. It just slows everything down in the best possible way. The kids would wake up and immediately want to run outside. The adults would grab coffee, settle into the deck chairs, and just breathe for a while. Those quiet moments were everything.
Inside, the house has this warm, inviting coastal character that makes you feel at home the second you walk in.

Absolutely perfect beachfront stay.
We had an incredible experience at Front Row Sea’t. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated with a true beach vibe, and the views are unreal from every direction. Waking up and seeing the ocean from multiple rooms was exactly what we were hoping for.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor spaces were just as good as the photos. Hammocks, decks, direct beach access, and plenty of parking made the trip effortless.
If you’re looking for a true beachfront getaway with great amenities, comfort, and space, this place delivers. We would absolutely return for our third visit!

The house was exactly as described. It was the shoulder season, so very peaceful! The house was lovely and Patrick was very responsive and helpful. We were right on the beach which was fantastic.
We would rent the house again.

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our dogs and really wish we had time for a few more. The cabin was cozy and quiet, and it’s in a great spot, close to town for dinner or groceries. The house was roomy and comfortable, with an amazing view from all of the porches. I had one quick question during our stay and Patrick got back to me within five minutes and was super helpful. It was a really enjoyable place to get away for a bit. The road up is a little steep, but unless there’s a lot of snow it shouldn’t be a problem for anyone. We’ll definitely be back in the area and plan on staying at this cabin again. Couldnt recommend it enough honestly.

We had another house rented on the beach and that host canceled on us at the very last minute leaving my wife and I in a bind with 7 kids ready to play at the beach. We found this place and rented it last second, withing a few minutes Patrick contacted us and let us know we were good to go to their house and check in, we were stressed out and ready to unwind. The moment we walked into this place we knew we were in a better place than the one that canceled on us. It was very inviting and smelled fresh and clean unlike other places we've stayed. The kids even said "we are glad that other place canceled " The beach views are amazing and everything we needed was in the home. Our kids are older 14 to 21 so we were able to sit on the balcony and watch them all play while relaxing. Patrick continually checked in to make sure everything was going good for us. This is definitely going to be the house we continue to rent for our trips down to the beach. 100% satisfied you can't go wrong!
