Inside, the cabin is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The four bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds. The master bedroom even has its own private balcony, This home boasts a large master bedroom which encompasses the entire third floor, with more views, a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a nightcap under the stars. The mainfloor features an open family room with a brand new large flatscreen Smart TV and sleeper sofa, fireplace, air hockey table, one queen bedroom and access to the balcony. On the lower level, you will find 2 king bedrooms, a tv/game room, and our deck with a hot tub. We have high Speed Xfinity Business Wifi, and Smart TV's located in every room for your enjoyment. Sleeping arrangements throughout the home includes 3 king beds (1 on the top floor, and 2 on the lower level), 1 queen bed (on the main floor), and 2 sofa beds (one on the main floor and one on the lower level) with linens and towels included. We also love kids, so we have stocked the home with a pack and play for your little one to sleep in, and a highchair so they can join you at the dinner table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for your family or friends. We also stock the home with soap and shampoo in every bathroom for your convenience. We have 2 charcoal grills available for use. We provide a "Starter Pack" of soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and 2 small bags of coffee. Please plan accordingly if you anticipate needing more than this. We understand that pets are also members of the family. One well-trained dog (house-trained and crate-trained) under 40# is welcome at the cabin. Please do not allow pets on any furniture when inside the cabin. If you are bringing a pet, please add to your reservation and a one-time pet fee will be added.We are a cabin in the woods, so you may see and hear critters throughout your stay. Parking is along the street in front of the home. There is a steep area once you enter through the community gate. Start up the hill but take the first right turn toward our unit. Snow and ice are not common in the area, but 4WD or AWD may be necessary in the winter months. The fireplace is electric and can be turned on at the push of a button. Any underage guests in the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. If you plan to BBQ, please remember to bring charcoal, as we do not provide this. We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.
