The open-plan living room and kitchen is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique style and ocean views. There are 2 master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the 2 other bedrooms are Jack and Jill Style, one with a king sized bed and the other with 4 full sized bunk beds and share a bathroom. Guest access Entire Home, Garage & Driveway. Please do not attempt to unlock owners closet. Other things to note Linens included: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels Toiletries: *Think of all the items we offer (toilet paper/paper towels/bath towels/shampoo/conditioner/trash bags etc.) as "STARTER KITS", and be sure to bring some that are more appropriate for the length of your stay & the size of your group. Please note that while we would love to provide thicker, 2 ply toilet paper, most of this area is on a septic system and requires 1 ply toilet paper. House rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM Checkout: 10:00 AM Early check-in and/or late check-out is NOT available. Self check-in with keypad No smoking indoors No parties or events We have a strict no pet policy Additional rules Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, including children/infants, overnight and daytime guests. No exceptions will be made. MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age ID must match name of the person booking the reservation. The person booking this reservation is responsible for payment and the actions of all occupants. Please notify us through the booking platform of any changes to the existing reservation 7 days prior to your arrival. Any gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy will result in an immediate termination of our rental agreement, and you will be asked to leave without refund. If any damage to the septic system occurs as a result of exceeding the maximum occupancy, guests will be responsible for all costs of any repairs. WIFI: Although we do provide Starlink High Speed wifi, it can be unpredictable at times due to weather conditions. You will be provided with the network name and password in our digital guidebook. We do not offer any refunds if the Wifi is not functioning at the time of your stay. UTILITIES: We will not issue any refunds due to broken appliances, such as air conditioning, wifi, TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. When notified of any issues, we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. PARKING: There is parking under and adjacent to the home for a maximum of 6 cars. We do not allow any RV or trailer parking at anytime. If a citation is issued due to parking violations, you will be responsible for payment. Please do not park on the neighbors property, and street parking is at your own risk. Please keep any ATV, Quad, 3-Wheelers, 4-Wheelers on a trailer at all times while parked at the residence. BALCONIES: For safety purposes, please do not sit, stand or jump up on the balcony railings at any time. CHARCOAL GRILL PROVIDED: Please bring your own charcoal and clean it after use. Any personal grills or devices that create fire which are not provided by the property are forbidden. ALL FURNITURE: Please do not move the furniture around the property. This includes all indoor and outdoor furniture. Thank you for leaving it in its original place. DOORS AND WINDOWS: Please leave all windows and doors closed at all times to avoid any moisture entering the home. SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted on ground level outside areas and must be 50 feet away from the house. REPAIRS: Please notify of us of anything not working properly as soon as possible, we will try our best to correct things timely. CHECKOUT: Dishes must be in the dishwasher and clean cycle started. All garbage must be placed in tied bags and placed in the trash bins on the street. Make sure all windows and doors to the home are locked and turn off all of the lights upon exiting the home PEST CONTROL: All homes are on routine pest control. Please do not leave out food or drinks. OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: We have outdoor cameras on the property that are only monitored for safety and security purposes. By booking this property, I have read, understand and agree to the above terms of this agreement. Guests agree to comply with the rules and regulations of this legally binding agreement and assume any risks from the use of the property. Guests are responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables
